A way to do it with no downloads is WordPad; although this might not render everything, it is already installed on all current Windows machines.
Method 1:
Press Windows Key + R to open the Run menu, or use the search on the Start Menu/Screen
Type in "wordpad" (without quotes)
Press Enter
Method 2:
Make a new shortcut that links to "wordpad" (without quotes)
Open it
From there, browse to your file as you would in Word, and print it.
If possible, the option described in the first answer should be used in preference to this one as WordPad does not have as much functionality as Word and may not show certain items (e.g. WordArt).
