WHS stops responding every day

Hi,
Every day WHS stops responding. I have to turn the computer off and on to get it running again.
When I check the eventlogs I find the following:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: Tcpip
Event Category: None
Event ID: 4191
Date: 7-1-2010
Time: 22:05:17
User: N/A
Computer: SERVER
Description:
IP could not open the registry key for adapter TCPIP\Parameters\Adapters\NDISWANIP. Interfaces on this adapter will not be initialized.For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

I have WHS running on a pc with the following configuration:
MSI motherboard
Intel Core2Duo E8400
NVidia chipset
Nforce Network adapter
GForce 7100 VGA
2x 500GB HD
2 GB DDR2 Memory
Software running:
Active Webcam (suveilance software for IP Camera's)
Avast WHS version
I already disabled the Windows Firewall

Please try uninstall/reinstall TCP/IP for the network adapter. If uninstall not available please check KB317518

Hi,
I tried the sollution from MS. I did not work.
When I restart the same message appears in the eventlog.

i had exact same problem
this procedure helped me to re-install TCP/IP on my WHS
