you can attach them to a note in CRM. In this case, the files are in the crm database and you ca see them when you are offline in the Outlook offline client. In the other way, you can display files from the filesystem or sharepoint in CRM. But then, the files aren't in the CRM database and not in the outlook offline client, when the client is offline.
But both wasn't a synchronisation between the files, therefor you have to write a plugin.Viele Grüße

I think you are asking, how to import or export data from excel or ppt? If it so, we can do this using plugin or workflow. I have done this: Download CRM content in ppt.
