Hello bluenred,
Probably best to find the right MSDN forum from this list: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en/categories/

You got that error on Windows 7?Wow, I didn't think that error existed under windows 7. This is known as a Tamper and the error code suggests that your program is modifing ((hooking or shiming into) a protected system file residing in system memory Note: I have never seen this error under Windows 7 so my description of the issue is from what I know of this error under Vista. It should be the same for Windows 7, but I can't be sure.
As to how to correct the program from causing the error, that is outside my area of knowledge (the full extent of my coding skills consist of hacking togeather a php script for a web page I made a couple years back). Dan is correct that your best bet is the MSDN forums.
Thanks,
