Learning Mangager and PAID Course Content DOWN all weekend!!!!!

Question
-
I've read the last couple of threads and I have the same problem, I cant access my course content. I've been trying to access the following course
Course 3356: Configuring and Installing Assemblies in the Microsoft® .NET Framework 2.0
ANd when I try to sign in to start it it rediects to Error.aspx with the following message:
"An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later. "
There is also a RED notification on the top of the page:
"We are currently experiencing some issues with Learning Assessments at this time. They are currently being investigated and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience you may experience. "
NOW, this has been on since yesterday and no more information is being given as to "when it will be up again" or the seriousness of the issue?
The weekends are the only time most of us get to study and I have not been able to access any content this weekend and its going to slow my progress.
The worst part is (in true Microsoft fashion) no one has the basic courtesy to give us PAID customers more details on the issue and when it will be fixed. I'm an MSN employee here in Australia and and at times like this its pretty embarrassing to talk about the quality of Microsoft customer support (Which should be the most important issue for any business)
Can someone (from support) please post more details in this forum. And please don't ask me to reproduce the steps that got this error again (like in previous threads), there is obviously an issue with your learning site and its not hard to miss.

Thanks for the update Alicia.
I first came across this issue yesterday (5th April) and did not call customer support as I assumed the "assessment notification" in red was to do with my course login problems.
Please let us know when we can start using our course content.

Mark

Hi Mark--
Thank you for your response. I am from the product team and I'd like to take a moment to clarify a few things.
1) The note on the live site is regarding assessments and is a different issue than what you are experiencing. We identified that issue right away and it has a has a hotfix in the works which is tentatively scheduled for Monday morning.
2) The issue you are experiencing about not being able to access your courses is currently being investgated by our product team as we speak. It became apparent when reported by customers in the forums today. One question I have for you. When you experienced this problem yesterday, did you happen to call our technical support about the problem?
3) The Learning Platform Team cares a great deal about our customers and the issues they are facing. As you can see from the threads in this forum, I have been very responsive to the customers facing this problem and plan to continue to post updates as they become available.
Thanks for your continued support and don't hesitate to contact me if you have further comments regarding this.

Hi Mark-
I have also updated the Learning Manager site so that it is more clear to customers that there are two issues going on and they are being addressed.
http://learning.microsoft.com/Manager/Catalog.aspx
We will post an update as soon as the issue is resolved.
Thanks!
