Problem activating product key now...

Hello again I got my live one care installed but now I'm having trouble activating it. It keeps telling me that the product key is already in use and this is the first computer I tried to install it on since i got it about 3 weeks ago brand new... Can someone please help me. Or can anyone give me a number to where I can actually talk to someone?? Because i just spent 50 bucks on it and it is not working!! Thank You Everyone!Friday, April 3, 2009 11:08 PM

You will usually see this message if the product key was entered previously. When attempting to activate One Care enter only the Live ID and password used on your previous attempt to activate One Care.

That's the thing I have not even used it once I just bought it from the store & this is the first time I have ever signed up for Live One Care so I have never had another username or password & it still shows that it is used I would take it back to the store but the store has recently went out of business that store is Circut City.Saturday, April 4, 2009 11:14 PM -
