Are plugins triggered by reports?

Question

Hello,
I have a report with some datasets using FetchXML.
I am just wondering if plugins are triggered when creating a report?
If yes, is there anything I should know when registering plugins to work with reports?
Thanks
Roman

The other method of calling reports, selects against filtered views, also will not trigger a plugin message.
also, The quote made by Abhishek Agarwal in the other thread is probably good. He is a Microsoft Employee that is very active in the CRM forums.

Quote: "Fetch based reports do not call RetrieveMultiple. They fetch data differently and will not support plug-ins."
Can you confirm this?

Hi Roman,
Just curious, why would you want to trigger a plugin everytime a report is executed? Perhaps there is a different solution to your problem.
