Probit that moderators mark their own replies as answer not proposed by somebody else

  The habbit of moderators to mark their own replies as answer has very much resistance in the community. 

  Is it possible that a by a moderator given reply can be only marked as answer by himself if it is first proposed by somebody else.

  I've seen that some MSFT moderators already follow that rule.
