Hi,
MS CRM web client can be accessed form the internet explorer by specifying the valid Crm applicaiton web address like any other applicaiton hosted in intranet. I would suggest you to contact your IT Administrator for the Crm web address.

Usually you can access the default org by just typing the server into internet explorer. They should just say web interface instead of client. If you need an org other than the default org the syntax is http://servername/orgname and if you have a non-default port you need to append that on the end of the servername as well.

If MS CRM is installed on another m/c in another network that you can't reach then you have to connect to this network either by VPN or directly by forwarding the port in the network router (dont' forget to open the port in the firewall).

The router port forward method proposed by Islam is not supported. Outside of the network only allows the options of IFD (Internet Facing Deployment) and VPN.
