I don't need to remind people how many cuda cores are on a graphics card, or how faster graphics cards can render.
Does anybody, seriously, anybody in Microsoft's research division know of any ANY possible plans to render images not only on CPU, but using GPU technology as well?
Microsoft ICE is by far one of the most powerful photo image stitching software on the market. I'd really, REALLY love to have an upgrade of ICE to handle CUDA/OpenCL technologies to better speed up renderings.
What's the honest chance of this happening???
For those wondering, I would be HAPPY to pay for a version of ICE to have this technology in it.
Thank you
