E-mail router & Exchange 2010 - errors RRS feed

  • Hello,

     

    crm 4.0 RU 13; E-mail router RU 13; Exchange 2010

    the eventlog on our email-router server is full of errors like the following.

  • by load I meant have a successful test.  You'll need to troubleshoot your e-mail router configuration to determine why it can't connect to Exchange successfully.  It could be any number of settings in the E-mail Router like login and password, Exchange Server, etc.  You can have a look at this article for reference to help you troubleshoot the issue:

  • Hi,

    Are you sure that you have installed UR13 on all servers that have the Email Router installed - the rollup is a separate install to the Server install. The error you are getting was documented as being fixed in an earlier Rollup.

  • Yes, I'm sure.

    I have installed UR13 on crm server and e-mail router, I don't install RU13 on outlook client (now i have RU12)

  • Can you open the Email Router Configuration Manager and see if you are able to successfully Load Users & Queues.

    Yes I can successfully load users & Queues, but when I clik Test access button sometimes In new window I see only one user and text: testing...
