Onecare backup configuration fails

Question
-
I just installed OneCare with a subscription.
When I try to configure my backup and save I keep getting the mesage " OneCare failed to save the configuration for unknown reasons. Please try again later."
After fifty tries later I don't know what to do a this point and nothing in help is of any use.
Using Windows XP Media edition with all updates and a Lacie 350 GIG external backup (USB connection).

Ok - I decided I must have a bad installation and uninstalled OneCare this morning - then reinstalled. Everything works just fine now.
