    Re-inputted my product key, says not genuine.

    When I click the link, to 'go online and resolve now it 404's here

    Unfortunately, your installed copy of Windows 7 Professional edition is counterfeit.  You will need to purchase a genuine edition of Windows and perform a "clean install".  Genuine Windows can be purchased from the Microsoft Store.
