Started today - Windows 10 10240 - Keeps restarting every 15 minutes RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have tried to go into settings, I clicked the advanced options in windows update adv options, selected notify to schedule restart.  Does not matter. I have no option to schedule restart. It is greyed out. The only option I have is to restart now.

    I can not cancel it.

    Updates are:

    MS Outlook 2010 32 bit

    4/4/2016 - ERROR. No code.

Upgrade to windows 10 Home version 1511, 10586

    3/9/16

Install the next version of Windows.

This version has not successfully updated or installed. It has been 6 hours of restarting every 15 minutes.

What can I do to fix this? I can not work this way.

Thank you for ANY and ALL assistance.

    Mary
