    Is FIX-IT going to work at some point?  My PC has constant errors since FIX-IT was downloaded, apparently I'm not the only one. There have been numerous requests for help on this Forum over the past week, yet still not 1 response from Microsoft????  No wonder Apple does so well!!!!

    I apologize for your experience, and the lack of response. 

    Can you tell me more about what you have gone through, and what error you encountered?

    When you refers to FIX-IT problem, do you refers to program that you download from http://fixitcenter.support.microsoft.com/ ?

    There has been many confusion between "FIX-IT" and "Fix it Center", which is not the same thing.

    I just want to first understand if we are talking about the same thing or troubleshooting on the correct issue that you encountered.
