    I have a new external USB floppy drive. My computer software is Windows XP 2000. The floppy software requires the older Windows 98 me in order to operate.  How can I get this floppy drive to run on my computer? Is there a software patch that I can use that will enable this device without having to download the older operating system windows 98 me? thanks.
