    SO NOW I AM WITH OUT PROTECTION BECAUSE NO ONE CAN RESOLVE A SIMPLE ISSUE?THE WINDOWS LIVE ONECARE SHOWS MY SUBSCRIPTION IS NO LONGER ACTIVE.WHAT GREAT SERVICE THIS IS TO PURCHASE A PRODUCT AND NOT HAVE ANY RELIABLE SUPPORT TO RESOLVE ISSUES.WELL I CAN SEE THAT NORTON IS A FAR SUPERIOR PRODUCT I NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM.I ONLY WENT WITH THIS DUE TO A FREIND SAYING HOW GOOD IT IS.WELL ALL I HAVE SEEN IS THE TRASH SIDE OF MICROSOFT.I WILL NEVER RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE I WILL TELL THEM ALL WHAT I HAVE GONE THRU AND HOW LITTLE SUPPORT I GOT IN 3 DAYS OF TRYING TO CONTACT SOMEONE.
