MSCRM 2011 online trial version looking diffrent RRS feed

    Hi ,

    I tried to launch MSCRM 2011 online verion in my system but its looking diffrent from earlier . UI totaly changed and left nav sitemap area is totaly hide . Cloulour of header also chage from yellow to blue.

    Can anybudy tell me how to get old version?

    All new Online trials have switched over to CRM 2013. If you are talking about your production organization you've been upgraded to 2013 fro 2011. Numerous emails should have gone out indicating the upgrade. Short of moving to an On Premise solution, there isn't a way to go back to 2011 short of opening a support ticket with Microsoft and checking to see if they have any ability to restore a backup.
