retrieveing deleted deleted emails

  hey i NEED to know if there is a way to retrieve any and or all emails that i have deleted from my deleted folder???    if there is some storage archive that stores sent and recieved messages PLZ HELP SERIOUS LEGAL MATTER INVOLVED
