CRM 4.0 Knowledge Base Search Issues RRS feed

  • I have installed CRM 4.0 on to outlook but once i have created the aticles the searchfunction on knowledge base doesnt find any articles  created, regardless of what you search i can only search via Article Reference, have i missed anything or anything i can try to resolve this issue.

  • Hi,

    wich version of SQL-Server do you use for the crm? The fulltext catalog was generatet periodically and you have to wait, that the sql-server has updated the fulltext catalog.
