Subscription Difficulty/Restriction RRS feed

  • Hello, I began using Live OneCare when I bought my new computer for college and have since been enjoying the free-trial of the software.  However, the trial subscription has expired and I am having difficulty in purchasing a subscription to the software online.  I believe the problem is that while I am currently recognized by the subscription website as being located in Canada (temporary for college), my billing address is in the United States and so I can not correctly complete my actual billing address.  I don't see why I am being prevented from buying the subscription and protecting my computer by this technicality.  If you could help point me in the right direction before I need to switch to another product I would appreciate it.

    As of now there is no ristrictions for users in Namerica and canada for subscribing online. if you have any trouble in subscribing on line. go to internet options, under general tab go to languages remove the english us and add english canada, Restart the computer and you will be able to subscribe online. If you have any trouble then contact support.
