    Hi,

    i made all tests to upgrade my mcse 2003 to mcitp ea:

    70-640
    70-642
    70-643
    70-680
    70-647

    on the mcp site, in the mcp certification planer, i can see, that i archived all goals. but i'm unable to print an Enterprise Administrator "Certificate" and i'm unable to create a MCITP EA Logo from the mcp homepage.

    i can create Certificates and Logos for each single Exam...

    Someone know's why?

    Have you tried from MCP Digital Certification Tool Overview . If you facing any problem from this tool then you need to Contact your Microsoft Regional Service Center. See the below link to locate your Microsoft Local Regional Service Center.
