10th June I took out a subscription for one care, payment was took out, now it says subscription cancelled and payment reversed. On billing it looks like they have been trying to take full payment on a monthly basis. Am I still covered?
also, go to billing.microsoft.com, sign in with the live id and password that you have used when you subscribed to windows live onecare. Under my services you will see the status of your Onecare subscription. Click on the status to view its details.
