I bought a new copy of the OneCare software at a store. How do I renew my subscription using the product key within it? Do I have to uninstall and then reinstall? I didn't see an option on the billing page of my account to enter the new key.

Hello chrisbre, do not uninstall One Care. See this post on how to renew One Care using a retail product key -
