IMPORT CSV FILE RRS feed

  • Hello,

    When I make an import by the assistant (csv file), my file remains blockes in the line with the message " SENT - WAITING FOR RESSOURSES "
    I don't know anymore what to do ! CRM V4.0.

  • Check that your "Microsoft CRM Asynchronous Processing Service" service is running.  If it is, then try restarting it.  Also verify that workflows are running ok.

  • If it still not working, try to enable trace, you will able to see exactly what is wrong with the import.
