After the mgadiag utility runs and displays the results, click the Copy button.
Then come back to this thread, click reply, then paste into the reply.
If that does not work, after clicking Copy try opening up a notepad document, then try to paste the report into the notepad document. That will tell us if the Copy function is not working or the Paste function is not working.
If you can't get anything to work, then what we would really want to know to help you is if this is a name-brand computer or a clone/self-built, and if it has a Microsoft Certificate of Authenticity on it.
