'Event' Custom Entity Article by Microsoft RRS feed

    Recently, I found a great article published by Microsoft that contains a sample code on how to create an event custom entity in CRM 3.0. I thought that I bookmarked it but cannot find it. Has anyone seen it and can provide a hyperlink? I will really appreciate it.

    Dear MKateseve,

     

    You can see MS CRM SDK, its very simple to create custom entity name as Event.

     

    1. Settings --> Customization ---> Customization Entities

    2. Click on new Entity and put name as Event

    3. Set the area where you want that entity

    4. Save Form and add new attributes

    5. Put attributes on the form

    6. Save

    7. Publish Entity and it will display on the form.

    Dear Imran,

    I don't want to be rude but you are not answering my question. I did not mention it in the post but I know how to create a custom entity. I just liked a very elegant way it was created there.
