Old files not being deleted

  I have just downloaded SynchToy and have created my first folder pair. Left on my local D:\ drive and Right on a USB HDD attached to a NAS box.

  The NAS drive had been created a week or so back by copying the entire contents of a folder tree from the D:\ drive.  Today I renamed a few files on the D:\ drive and added a few then ran SynchToy using the "Echo" option.  Everything worked except that the renamed files are now on the NAS with two copies of each, one with the old name and one with the new.

  Obviously, I could manually delete them, but it isn't a very satisfactory solution.  Any advice would be appreciated.
