Problems with obtaining validation code for Support Tools download RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I read the previous thread regarding obtaining validation code. I am trying to download the dumpchk.exe using Windows Genuine Advantage Support Tools for Windows XP Service Pack 2. The validation software comes up with the error 80072f07. On running the MGADiag.exe, the following information has been obtained. Please let me know if any information is private or sensitive and needs to be removed from the public view immediately:

  • If you're using Opera as your browser, it's likely that it isn't supported by the tools - change your default browser to IE for the process.
