Lost Windows Vista 64 bit Installation disk and activation code!!

I just moved cross country and my disk and activation code have gone missing. I just upgraded my motherboard and now Vista won't load. What can I do?? Is there a way of ordering a new vista installation disk without paying for a whole new license?? I also don't know my license # but it was registered with Microsoft. Please help!!!

You can order a replacement disk. You can't order a replacement code.
