  • H,

If you are on-premise, there a field called EntityType on listmember.

    select EntityType from FilteredListMember

    EntityType

    1 - Account.

    2 - Contact.

Based on that you can create a report.

  • Hello

I mean is that, When I open a Marketing List and click Run Report.

It's will display a report with all members.

But the list or has the Contact list member or has the Account list member.

The column data to displayed Contact and Account is different.

Im not sure I can check the member type and load data base on it with one dataset in SSRS builder

  • Apologies, got it entirely wrong.

Build a report with two datasets and two tablix - one for account and another for contact.

Based on the EntityType of the selected marketing list, show one tablix and hide other tablix.

HTH. let me know if you need any further help.

  • Hello,

    Thanks for your help :)

I've already create 2 tablix and add to 2 rows in a table. I show/hide row base on type. The report work ok and export to excel ok.

But I need to export to CSV file. And When I export to CSV the file is not as I expected. It's show hidden tablix and the textbox contain expression.

    Do you have any idea?

    Thanks

  • Hi,

Try the following link - shows how to hide a tablix from export to CSV.

    http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9319830/ssrs-2008-stop-tablix-from-exporting-to-csv

    Hope you have done

    1. 2 data sets

    2. Each data set bound to a tablix.

    3. Each tablix contains a visiblity condition based on EntityType.

  • Hello

I've try like this. But  "=(Globals!RenderFormat.Name = "CSV")" not work for me.

It's work when I apply "DataElementOutput" = No OUtput for a textbox outside the tablix.

Its seem interactivity is not supported by CSV formats.

Interactivity is not supported by either CSV formats generated by this renderer. The following interactive elements are not rendered:

    • Hyperlinks

    • Show or Hide

    • Document Map

    • Drillthrough or clickthrough links

    • End user sort

    • Fixes headers

    • Bookmarks

    Thanks,
