CRM 2015 Plug-in stuck on "Synchronizing your CRM data" RRS feed

  • Hello all,

    We have just upgraded our On Prem CRM from 2011 - 2015 (straight through 2013) 

    After installing the Outlook Plugin, we have noticed that some users on initial boot of their machine get a popup stating "Synchronizing your CRM data".

    It sticks on this screen indefinitely and you have to end task it out.

    We have since run the 0.1 upgrade to CRM Server and in turn upgraded the client machines to 7.0.1.129 .  This has resolved the issue on 4x machines, however I still have one user who continually gets this message.  

    I have tried uninstalling / reinstalling / with no luck.  any suggestions...
