  • Question

  • My company, a longtime Microsoft Partner, uses a variety of remote support options.  Our most popular option is the ubiquitious NetMeeting.  It is quite common for our support and training staff to do a remote session with customers.  The customer shares their desktop and our support staff is granted control of remote keyboard and mouse

From what I can tell SharedView does this very thing.

We would like to migrate away from NetMeeting and use SharedView.  Are there any licensing agreements my company or our customers need to execute?  Will this remain a no cost offering from Microsoft?

    Thanks for your help.
