  • When my computer starts up, I get the following error message

    Windows Genuine Advantage Notification has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    My copy of Windows is genuine, and when I click the "Send Error Report" button, the error message box goes away.  No other issue with Window or other programs .
    it's annoying to have to close the error message box every time I start up.  How to resolve this issue?

  • Please visit Microsoft Genuine Advantage – Diagnostic  Site and click on Start Diagnostics.  Afterward restart your computer.
    Let us know if this procedure solved the issue.

  • Hi All,

    thanks for the recommend solutions, i have fixed the problem.
    the cause is due to the office genuine advantage software issue, problem was fix by reinstall
    the program.

  • How do you reinstall the program?

    Are you talking about the Office software or the Genuine Advantage software?

    I am experiencing the same problem after rebooting, but the Office Genuine Advantage diagnostic website does not take care of it.
