Synchronisation your phone on windows 8

  I have much difficulty to synchronize my phone with a PC utilise windows 8. When I install windows device center to connect it, unfortunately it's impossible. Can I have help about ? What solution can I apply to synchronize my phone with this windows (windows 8) ? Thank you
