Sign occurrence through an E-mail RRS feed

  • Good afternoon,

    I have a need and would like a help from you.

    Currently I have an integration with the company's site where the consumer fills X information, that information automatically cadastram in CRM occurrence.

    I wonder if it is possible to register a case automatically via an email received from a consumer.

    I use the 2011 version of Dynamics CRM.

  • Try using a workflow that fires on new emails created. You may want to also have a condition statement that looks for something specific in the subject so that it doesn't create a case on every email created in CRM.

    Another option would be to use a plugin.
