  • After some research i found

CRM AppPool account user was added as CRM users.

Yesterday when i was testing something i have added this to CRM, as i dont have any other users.

Is there any option for me to resolve this?

  • No.  Just open the deployment manager, disable and then delete the organization.  Then import it again and map the CRM account that is currently running the CRM AppPool to another AD record once you get to the map existing users step.

Keep in mind that you always must have at least 1 organization in the deployment manager.  So if this is currently the only organization, you will need to create a new vanilla organization before you can remove the existing one.
