  • Hi All,

    is anyone can explain when we need use post or note in case? sometime user ask what is difference between them? I mean in real case.

  • Hi,

          In practical terms Post is like internal Yammer for CRM. If someone wants to keep themselves updated about anything that happens on the case, they will follow the case and it will give them update on their wall.

            Note in case is to capture all the notes for the case.

  • Notes and Posts are two different entities to which hold information respectively. Also with Notes you can also attach a document with quick note for record, so in case you want to upload some document in the record, this can be handled with notes. Posts can either be Auto Created or by a user.
