Problem with outlook calendar RRS feed

    Hi all!

    We create in outlook calendar  an appointment. Then we click "track in crm". After synchronization  with crm, this appointment disappears from outlook calendar , but it exists in CRM

    Please, help

  • Hi Elka,

    Verify that you do not have a contact/lead/account with the same email address as the crm user.  This is a known issue where appointments disappear sometimes if the user's email address is duplicated.
