About a week ago, I noticed when I clicked on the Ctrl+Alt+Del on the bar at top of Virtual XP it no longer would work. Nothing happen, then if I clicked on the Action option and clicked either Restart or Close, it would do neither. It would
only hibernate and would not shut down. Then I noticed it wanted to install windows updates and I could not restart or shut down. It would repeat try to download updates but couldn't install. Last night, I went to work on files in Virtual XP and
it ask for password. I have never set up a password on it. I was able to click on Tools and go to settings and it showed Password as none. Very Strange. I ran restore to earlier time from Windows7 to see if that would fix
problem, no it's the same. Now if I open Vitual XP Mode, it still ask for password which there is none and the bar across the top doesn't give option for Tool. Is there anyway for me to fix these problems and get to my files in this program?
I have important files that I must get at least backed up to a flash drive. I have no confidence in the Virtual Windows any longer, but I badly need my files.
