    Hi All,

    I am using the Unified service desk-CRM 2013

    In Case entity I have one Hyperlink cloumn( http://www.abc.com).

    while clicking the the URL it's opening  Incident entity i need to open different Tab for this URL and not in same Incident entity.

    I have tried with Windows Navigation rules it's not opening the Different Tab. can you please guide it..

    Hi,

    Tab is called as Session in USD. You need to open a session then open your page in side it.

    Follow this blog to create session and let me know if you ahve any questions.

    Thanks for you reply.

    In Incident entity am having one hyper link attribute( http://www.customersurvey.html) while clickign the URL it's opening within incident entity insed of opening different TAB. please suggest on this.

    For example: Customer is one session under that we can open the Different Tabs.

    New Session Customer->Contact,Incident,Opportunity,Account etc.. are the Tabs under customer session.

    like this i have open this link html link in different Tab  not within Incident entity. Kindly help on this.
