PROBLEM WITH REINSTALLING SAME COMPUTER RRS feed

    Hello,

    Anyone can help me figure this one out??  I purchased Windows Live One Care (1 year for 3 PC)  and installed it on 2 computers..

    One computer crashed and i had a new hard drive installed, now when i reinstall Window Live one Care, it says  my product is is already in use...

    I am not sure how to fix this issue...

  • Hi, Nikki. When you reinstall OneCare or install to a second PC, you need to activate or subscribe with the same LiveID used to create the subscription initially. So, on the PC that is still running OneCare, open it and click Help/About to see the subscription ID. That is the LiveID you need to active OneCare on your PC with the replaced drive.
