Nothing Seems to work on the MCP site for the Last Month

Question

Over a Month ago I passed my MCITP, I have contacted Microsoft numerous times about their logo builder. It does not display the last course I passed 'Enterprise Admin' I was assured it would be fixed as of today, 5 weeks later. Also I ordered a wallet card, I received that yesterday and the picture was pretty bad, they squashed my head when they cropped it. No way would I ever show this to anyone. So why has your customer service taken a dive? And why can't Microsoft build a simple graphic, and process a picture? I spent a lot of time and effort getting certified, and my expectation was that I would be able to use these resources to get a better job.Thursday, April 25, 2013 2:03 PM

Hi Jon,
I am sorry that you are having a difficult time. I am not sure when I read your post whether or not your exam scores actually got posted from Prometric to Microsoft, or, the issue is only with the Logo Builder tool. If it is the former, I agree with Chuck here. You should first check with the Prometric location where you took the exam. Ensure that they have transmitted the results. This should happen automatically but does not always. Do you have the printout from the testing center that shows your results? If so, you can send this information in to the the Microsoft Regional Service center closest to you and have them look into it. Here is the link for that: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/help.aspx
Also, you should log on to the Prometric site and view your exam history. More often than not the problem is with Prometric and not Microsoft Learning when it comes to exam scores not being reported. You can call Prometric and/or fill out a help request on their site.
I am not sure what to tell you about the wallet card. I have never ordered one. Also, I have successfully used the logo builder but I am more into the developer certifications, so I do not have the Enterprise Admin certification. I would address both of these concerns with the Regional Service Center.

Have you contacted your testing provider to make sure that they actually transmitted the results?
