I want to create a CRM/Project management software that tracks the following. I have no idea where and how to start.
The A customer to track is public Utilities. Most are holding companies that have multiple subsidiaries.
Within this customer subset I want to be able to track contacts, jobs and job values, Engineering firm(s) and contact, Contract holder, GC and contractors with contacts, Distribution level(s) and contacts and attach specifications.
I then want to be able to assign a user to each job within my company to take charge of each job.
Multiple qualifications to assign each subsidiary - Approved, pending approval, kicked out, with the ability to have a reason for each
This is the short version to get started. Any help would be appreciated.
