While trying to validate Office Basic Edition 2003 I receive the following message:
Microsoft Office Basic Edition 2003: Validation Failed. The product key used to install Office is not valid. It has been identified by Microsoft as a false key used with counterfeit copies of Office.
I have downloaded the MGADiag.exe tool and receive the following under the Office validation info:

You have a key generated copy of Office that was made by a non-MSFT sanctioned key generation scheme.
If the quality of the counterfeit media is high, you can go to www.microsoft.com/genuine and click Validate Office and find information on submitting your report to report your reseller. Otherwise, you have to go back to your reseller to remedy the issue.
