URGENT...go to help centre ... onecare couldn't install required update....

Question
-
My Windows Live One care has been at critical (red) all day and now I am just getting annoyed. It says Urgent go to the help centre. Onecare couldn't install a required update on this PC.'
I have gone to help centre and it tells me nothing. I have had so much problem with this program
that I am really at my wits ends. Please help if you can. If not please tell me how to unsubscribe and uninstall.
Thanks

I have same issue. Does not let me restart OneCare, clicking recommended buttons etc. does not fix it. Something is going on! Did Microsoft really release an update to OneCare this weekend (Feb 2-3)?? Is this a new virus attack that disables onecare scanning tools?
