  • You can't have more than 5 CALs in WorkGroup but you can easily upgrade to Enterprise edition in CRM Deployment Manager.

  • MAPS - MS Action Pack Subscriber is only for internal use.

You need to install CRM Server and install CRM Outlook Clients or use Web Client (via browser - Internet Explorer) from Client computers

  • Versus having multiple orgs with enterprise.  Is this CRM 4.0 or 2011  the different server types exist for both, it's the same download though, just the key is different.

I am just really curious now if they have released the 2011 server with action pack yet?  Last I knew they still gave 4.0 with that.

  • This is for 2011 Jamie. They have released work group only as far as i am aware.

Thanks for that kgorczewski - i'm assuming work group server is for use within my own office and i have to install on server as well as on clients.
