Entry point not found

  hello, i have jsut purchased windows love one care and when i put the disc in it says "the procedure entry point GetprocessedId could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll" i cannot get past this point and am frustrated. i have jsut reformatted my computer and it only has windows xp on it right now with the internet working fine. no other programs running at all. i need help.
