trying to use Microsoft fix-it, I get "an unexpected error has occured and troubleshooter is unable to continue. this happens in all categories.Monday, October 24, 2011 6:51 PM

I have just had the same happen to me.,...whats the use of having a Fix-it programme is it can't fix itself?????????

Would you please try to unstall Microsoft Fixit Center from control panel, then re-install from http://fixitcenter.support.microsoft.com ?
