MC ID and Access Code - Not Received RRS feed

    Could you tell us please, where to click on the above help page , in case we did not receive MC ID ?

    It is impossible to find the link where to submit a ticket for not received MC IDs.

    The only solution you offer for this is :

    • If you do not know your MC ID, contact your local Regional Support Center.

    This link will take you to a page with around hundreds of other links, not related to support, i did not manage to check all of them...

    The bottom line is that i did not find the place where i could check the status of my MC ID or to request the email with mc id/acces code again.

    Can you tell us where to find this exactly or how/who (phone/email/ticket) to contact to receive the MC ID  ?
